- Aaron McCargo, Jr. - C+ (“Big Daddy” is really more mid-sized)
- Adam Gertler - B- (“Kid in a Candy Store” is actually pretty good!)
- Aida Mollenkamp - B- (has the looks & potential; needs a new vehicle)
- Alexandra Guarnaschelli - B+ (just stop squinting, will ya?)
- Alton Brown - A (growing ego prevents an A+ rating)
- Anne Burrell - B (sassy & wide as a barrel)
- Aaron Sanchez – A- (under-utilized; very likeable)
- Bobby Flay - B+ (seen far too much, but still watchable)
- Bobby and Jamie Deen - D (on their way out, y’all)
- Brian Boitano – F (ridiculous hire to begin with)
- Cat Cora - B (nice Dixie drawl & feisty attitude)
- Claire Robinson - B (warm personality with Memphis roots)
- Daisy Martinez - B- (spicy, but needs to turn up the heat just a bit)
- Danny Boome - C+ (we hardly knew ya, mate!)
- Duff Goldman - A (always wacky & endearing)
- Ellie Krieger – D (boring and entirely forgettable)
- Emeril Lagasse - B (the “Grand Old Man” of Food TV)
- Giada De Laurentiis - B (tiny hands but a lot of heart)
- Guy Fieri - A- (good energy if a bit overbearing)
- Ina Garten - B- (a tad too snobby for my tastes)
- Ingrid Hoffmann - B+ (we need to see more of her)
- Jose Garces - B (strong cooking chops; not much personality)
- Marc Summers - C (his schtick is growing pretty tired)
- Marcela Valladolid - B (cute and perky)
- Mario Batali - A (we need more Mario on the tube)
- Melissa d’Arabian – D- (they should have picked Jeffrey!)
- Michael Chiarello - B (interesting but lacking some pizazz)
- Michael Symon - A (really needs his own regular show)
- Patrick and Gina Neely - B+ (frisky, but overexposed)
- Paula Deen - “B+, y’all”
- Rachael Ray - B- (overworked — and it shows!)
- Robert Irvine - C+ (stiff; would much prefer Jamie Oliver)
- Robin Miller – D (see Ellie Krieger)
- Sandra Lee – D- (looks alone prevented an F rating)
- Scott Conant - C+ (rude on Chopped; better on 24 HR Battle)
- Sunny Anderson - B (cheerful & southern – 2 positive traits)
- Ted Allen - C- (where did they dig this guy up, anyway?)
- Tyler Florence - A (looking forward to his new Food Truck show)

Okay, I’m with you on Michael Symon – wish I could see a lot more of him. But, come on, give Bobby a little more credit – 1) I want to eat EVERYTHING he makes 2) most things he makes are not unreasonable for an “at home cook” 3) he knows what he’s talking about (he’s got facts – he’s not just throwing stuff together without telling you about it 4) he’s nice – to all his guests! Love him!
Ina – love her, but I wish someone would tell her this is a cooking show and not a daytime drama – who cares what the hell T.R. is up to this afternoon. Or the butcher, or the florist, etc.
Mario – I needed a break from him.
